A user can choose to create an account at the English ICSE to view products or continue to view products for free. An account must be created by a user before initiating a purchase on the website.

Return and Refund Policy

A product once purchased from our website is not applicable for return and no refund will be offered for such a product. Any user found to be using a fake identity for payment, preludes the user from the possibility of a refund.

A full refund will only be offered in the unlikely event that:

no product has been received
the wrong product has been received
